The Timberwood Park Development located just north of San Antonio, Texas is a great place to live!  At the foothills to the hill country, it is located within easy access to downtown San Antonio, but remains a unique country setting with custom homes, 1/2 acre or larger lots, large stately oak trees, quiet country roads managed by the county, wildlife of many types and more. With a non-annexation agreement in place, we have no city property taxes into 2032! 
Timberwood Park boasts a commonly owned property owner 30 acre private park that includes a 7 acre lake stocked with fish along with a catch and release program in place, a 6 hole golf course for working on your short game, tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball court, junior Olympic swimming pool, kiddie splash pad, walking trails, pavilion and clubhouse.   We are currently undergoing a major overhaul in the park with the construction of a new clubhouse underway.  So while you’ll see some photos of our clubhouse on this website, it is now demolished and the new building is under construction.  Check back for progress pictures and details!
Timberwood Park hosts private annual social activities and events for our property owners sponsored by our POA.  Some of the highlights include those festivities celebrated in conjunction with many of our federal holidays like an Easter Egg Hunt, a July 4th celebration, a Halloween event around the lake and more.  Additionally, a private open air concert series aptly named Music in the Park for our property owners brings talent from far and wide to entertain our owners.  It’s a great open air concert in the park surrounded by good friends, neighbors, the lake, the stars and a summer Texas evening!
